Vacancy - GMAT Consultant (Math Part)

Short Description: We are seeking for qualified GMAT consultant (quantitative section). You will be responsible for consulting our on-line and off-line clients and teaching GMAT (gmat.com) for groups. MBA Strategy GMAT-online is popular in many CIS countries including Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, China.

Main responsibilities:

  • Teaching and Consulting GMAT clients on-line (http://mbastrategy.com.ua>content/view/706/ )
  • Teaching and Consulting GMAT clients at our office
  • Updating teaching materials, answers client inquires regarding GMAT
  • Updating of GMAT on-line system and developing and search of new tasks and solutions.
  • Search of best GMAT questions for weekly newsletters.
Requirements:
  • Part/Full-time job. We are ready to discuss both formats.
  • Excellent math skill. Winners of math competitions and teachers of math related disciplines are welcome. Students and graduates of the last courses of national Ukrainian institutes or Universities with specialization in math related subjects.
  • English proficiency. High results proved by tests and international certificates (TOEFL, FCE, CAE, IELTS) will be benefit.
  • Experience in GMAT teaching or high score in GMAT (or undergoing an extensive free GMAT training in our company).
  • Previous teaching experience is a plus, but is not mandatory condition.
  • PC competency: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook.
  • Punctuality, honesty, ability to work under time pressure and under strict deadlines, client-orientation;
  • Signing at least a one year long employment contract after probation period.
You will get:

  • 10-15$ per a hour, 550-700$ per a month. Depends on your weekly workload you can get more or less.
  • !!! In case of necessity, you will be provided by intensive two-month GMAT training before first lesson.

Vacancy – Client Manager
Short Description: We are seeking for qualified Client Mangers, person who will be in close touchwith our main asset – our clients. You will be involved in pre-sales, consulting activity, managingcompany’s services and preparation courses, supporting clients needs and replying their inquires.
Main responsibilities:· Getting and managing clients inquires trough email, phones, meeting on top MBA events.· Groups coordination: pre-sales activity, registrations, notification, financial issues.· Promotion and Business development of services on: web-sites, MBA events, partners.· CRM update and adding new contacts. Analytical reports regarding c - activity, new services.· Preparation of advertisement materials, promotional booklets etc. Organization of top MBA and career events for prospective clients.
Requirements:1. Full-time job in Kyiv.2. More than 2 years in service oriented business /business education /consulting companies. Previous experience on the same position is not strict requirement, but will be benefit.3. Excellent communication skills.
